Baggage promised to be delivered the following MORNING arrived at 10pm- with one bag missing
Personal cost of buying clothing whilst our bags were in Addis Ababa
Personal costs of changing travel plans
Complete incompetence and being fed false information from all Ethiopian Airline employees
Missing an event that was planned in advance specifically for us, for no good reason
No response on multiple attempts to contact the airline
