Flight Centre, make us wait 6months for feedback

To whom it may concern

In March of 2013 we had to cancel a booking made with Lufthansa Airlines as we were rearranging our holiday, to our dismay we have not heard any feedback from our consultant from the N1 branch as to when we will receive our refund unless we call him and query this? I think this is appalling service and i feel everybody should be warned to not go to that branch if your planning a holiday as they are slack and have no interest in giving good service.

We are still awaiting feedback and its going on the sixth month now! When we do phone we get no answers and its just rediculous!! Dont go to N1 City Flight centre you will be disspointed!
