ACCUSED OF NONE PAYMENT

Good day

I just received a text message re. a none payment of my Kulula Credit Card (for Dec 12)

However I made my December Payment on the 21st of December 2012.

But according to them, the payment was done 3 days BEFORE the Dec account was printed, so it doesn't "count" as December's payment.

Payments to them are ALWAYS made on time.

I would really appreciate it if you could resolve this matter.
