NO FEEDBACK from British Council SA

I have booked my IELTS exam, Paid my R2100 registration fee and followed all the instructions. But it is a week to go before my test and instead of studying I am forced to worry about the time and venue. The british council has not yet sent me information regarding the time of the exam. I have phone them on 011 560 9300 numerous times only to be told: "You will receive information by the end of this week." I also have sent several emails with all my information but have not had any luck. I write my test in Johannesburg at Eden College on the 27 April 2013. I don't know the time. And I don't have a timetable letter that I need to write the exam!
