My mom, a pensioner, missed her flight because of the bad service at the Cape Town International Airport. She was on time for her flight, stood in the line for an hour to book in and was charged R311 for another flight. My mom and many others were not assisted in time to board despite the fact that she was there in time to book-in and board the plane. She stood in the queue for an hour to get turned away.
