Incredible experience!

I was on a roadtrip to celebrate my birthday; from beginning (with emailing them to confirm prices etc) to end of my time with them (buying souvenirs) I have been amazed by their customer service!
Came home and discovered two tshirts were the incorrect type, so I emailed them.
Absolutely no problem, I sent them back and I received the correct ones immediately.
EVERYTHING with this place is worth your time, your love, and your money to keep up their conservation work.

Big cats, to snakes, to lemurs (amazing!!!) and a dive with crocodiles - I will NEVER forget it.
