I had a complaint about some issues regarding a stay at one of the forever resorts, I contacted Lara via their Contact us on their website. I was very pleased with her response and keeping me up to date withe the progress. A gesture of apology was highly appreciated. I am in sales and I know that good customer service is what keeps customers coming back and we will for sure be back. Thank you Lara you can be proud of at least the way you handled my situation, I am sure you are appreciated in your job going the extra mile with difficult customers is not easy.
