Call Center unreachable

I have been on the phone 086 100 1234 for the past hour trying to book the special as advertised. the call is either ended by some strange reason (person) which is not me or it is constantly engaged. I had expected to be in the queue for sometime but not this. It would have been much better if there was a queue because you would wait at your own discretion. this is the worst call center i have ever called. is this number working??? or is this just a to waste our time? i am extremely dissapointed
