A HORRIFIC START TO OUR HOLIDAY BOOKED FOR OUR 40TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY, THANKS TO BRITISH AIRWAYS.

ALL EXCITEMENT CATCHING OUR TAXI DOWN TO THE AIRPORT TO
CATCH OUR FLIGHT TO LONDON ON BRITISH AIRWAYS-BA0058
TO DEPART ON TUESDAY 28TH MAY 2013 AT 20.05.

WE ARRIVE AT THE CHECK-IN ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE FLIGHT HAS BEEN CANCELLED - WE RECEIEVED NO NOTIFICATION AT ALL ABOUT THIS CANCELLATION. WE HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR A
TAXI TO THE AIRPORT NOW ANOTHER ONE BACK TO OUR HOUSE.

WE HAVE BEEN SO LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS HOLIDAY FOR OUR 40TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY AND BOOKED A 2 NIGHT STAY IN LONDON AT THE HENRY VIII HOTEL - 5 STAR (325 POUNDS WHICH WE WILL NOT BE GETTING BACK) AND ALSO A SHOW FOR THE 29TH MAY FOR THE JERSEY BOYS ALSO IN LONDON (66 POUND WHICH WE WILL ALSO LOOSE). WE WILL NOW HAVE TO CANCEL BOTH THE HOTEL AND THE SHOW - THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A GREAT START TO A WONDERFUL
HOLIDAY...

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER .

Please excuse the caps but this is how upset I am with British Airways.
