Mozambique Holidays By Richard Grose

We paid for our Mozambique holiday in full in Nov 2012. We later found out my wife is pregnant and had to cancel our booking due to Malaria.
We contact Richard, who assured us we would have our money a week later. I have been trying to contact him since then to no avail.
I have tried contact the resort which we had our booking, Casa -rex. They said they would contact him. Have heard nothing yet from them.

Can anyone help me?
