We paid R7000.00 for 3 tickets to the Arsenal vs Manchester united game at the Emirates in London which were to be delivered at our place of residence for the duration of our stay in London. They not delivered and Ebrahim cold not be reached on any of his numbers nor on the company line. Our trip to London was especially in order for us to watch this game and therefore ruined! A day before we left South Africa he confirmed that everything was in order and that the tickets would be delivered by the time we reached London or the day of our arrival. He is still unreachable.
