NO CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

Dear Peter,

We have been in buying this holiday plan when we were on holiday in Durban. We went for the presentation and we paid the deposit after we entered the agreement. Now after a year we would like to cancel the contract as we have never used it. Myself are unemployed so no income and my husband is on long sickleave due to back operation. So no overtime and only straight pay, which means we are battling to meet ends meat. Now I enquire about how to cancel this contract seeing we can't pay every month and to my horror I must hear there is no cancellation and that we will be put on ITC as bad debtors. This is so stressful for us at this stage. I don't know what to do.
