Korongo dont check Visa

The 1st time round they closed their A30 Or Otambo Gate 10 min early, some passengers where left at the coffee shop.
The second time round they didn't check visas. I was one of those people that forgot about a visa. I know it sounds silly but believe me when u make a forgetful mistake like that ...!!

We ended up spending the night on the Airport floor. Due to pure lack of experience I was allowed on a flight to another country with no visa.

My advise is don't use this airline as they just too young. Their staff are awesome though I will give them that. Very professional! but at the end of the day that's no good when your administration is extremely inexperienced with very irregular trading hours. if something does go wrong you will be in the boat i am in now.

I lost R16 000 due to the Airlines unavailability to address my situation. I will now stick to SAA. At least they open for business.
