PAVING DAMAGED CAUSING A FALL - KING SHAKA DBN

I tripped over some damaged paving at the King shaka in Feb 2013. After many emails and a visit to the doctor as per their request, I am palmed off onto their brokers - MARSH AFRICA. I left a few voicemails with Priscilla Maloi and a few emails. Today, when I asked for the MD's details, I had to deal with an arrogant and rude woman called Charlotte - she is the area manager for Marsh - They basically refuse to pay for anything as my injuries were not severe enough. She is the most arrogant woman I have ever dealt with - she called me a and I so wish she was in the room with me because if she had the to talk to me like that in person, I would have taught her some manners. I have lost the full use of my left hand since and they dont care - its not gory enough according to this Charlotte. When I mentioned Carte Blanche, she said I am more than welcome to go to them. IO also said that I will go back to the airport and really make enough noise in the airport- apparently, ACSA dont own the airport or the property. Why did Abdhia, Susan and Bridgette make me send pics and ask me to come to the airport to show them where the damaged paving is?? What a run around!! Still damaged
