Atm not in service

At king shaka international airport, the fnb atm was not operational on the 09/01/2014. As i wanted to pay for my luggage to be safety wrapped, and the do not accept cards, i found myself having to withdraw at a standard bank atm. who is supposed to pay for these incurred charges now. this is the second time at that airport that this atm has not be working. maybe i should have a standard bank just to use when i am at king shaka. how can you NOT help me?
