I cant logg on and make a booking

I was contacted by VIP to come collect a voucher which i did, but now i am trying to log onto their site and make a booking and it keeps on telling me that the log in has failed. Ive reset my password over and over again but i still get the same response, i filled an query form to tell them this but the problem is still persisting PLEASE HELP IF U CAN
