Worst possible service imaginable - incompetent!

Today i received our company phone account from the one and only in all things useless - TELKOM!!! I called billing to inquire as to why my account was so astronomical for subscription services and needed to discuss various services charged for which i did not understand and wanted to cancel. After the initial 15 min hold i got through to a mumbling who could hardly enunciate her words correctly in order for me to understand what she was saying. After much deliberation and passing the security checks she said she cannot help me but would put me through to someone who could. That person after the same security checks could not help me and put me through to someone else. That person could also not help me and after doing the now rigorous checks i was put through to someone else but guess what surprise surprise they could ALSO not help me but only after ensuring i passed the checks once again. I asked for a manager and guess what i got? Another in the call centre who could not help me! What a useless bunch i cant wait to cancel my whole Telkom service for my two business and go with someone who can help me! I advise everyone to do the same!
