Great attitude and going the extra mile

Great service i got from MTN Centurion cell network.
1st i phone to find out more about the up-grades that is available on my hubby's contract.
I spoke to Rodon and he was so helpful and it didn't sound that it was trouble to find out stuff for me, he treated me really with lots of respect, and then only i found out he was on training, really stunning service.
2nd with all the information he gave me i want to the shop to up-grade and because of the good and right information he gave me i had the right stuff with me.
3rd i got the privilege to work with Charl, he was friendly and i ask him again to just tell me about the contract difference and with a smile he did that.
He up-grade us with no trouble and with a smile, he went tru everything with me from top to bottom and all with a stunning attitude
Thank you for that great service, because you don't get that everywhere.
