8ta data package a waste

Hi 8ta, just want to inform you that your data speed is horrific, to say the least. For example, when watching youtube, it breaks up and I have to watch one 3min song, for half an hour. I am using an apple Macbook i7, so it is not my machine that is slow!

You need to work on the speed, last year the speed was acceptable, this year, just after I renew my 120G package, it went haywire, what is wrong, did you turn down the power on the antennas in my area, or did you lift the antennas to cover a bigger area, or is there congestion on your base stations?

I am dependent on the speed and performance of your network to do my business.
