Hi,

It is extremely concerning that a company should try to retain and acquire new clients, however it appears Cell C is not interested. On Friday I contacted CELL C for a new contract. The sales person ANGELO GRAHAM did a credit scoring and found that i was listed in 'pre-legal' status. He said he will find out and get back to me. He did not bother to do so. I finally phoned the pre-legal department to find out that the previous time i had my contract with them and then opted to leave due to bad network coverage, there was an amount of R13.28 owing. The lady pre-lgal advised that she will send me the bank details to make the payment via eft. She neglected to advise that I should not do an eft as the referece number will not work, I only established this after trying to add a receipient. I phoned them again after 17 min wait on 084140 to be told i cannot do an eft payment but i need to go the branch. I did that, and then sent the copy of deposit slip to Angelo at 11.32. and i have sent subsequent emails to acquire a response. still none received. I try again by phoning, leave a message he still does not return my call. I phone to another constultant to assist after 20 min wait on
