TELKOM HAS SEND OUT A TECHNITION TO COME AND INVESTIGATE WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ON THE LINE, THE TECHNITION SAID THAT THE LINE NEEDS TO BE REPLACE CAURSE ITS FAULTY, SO THEY ARRANGED WITH A CONTRACTOR TO COME AND REPLACE THE LINE ON THE 26 APRIL 2013, THE CONTRACTOR MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH MY NEIGHBOURS NEXT TO WHEN THEY CAN COME AND CONNECT THE LINE CAURSE THE POLE IS ON THEIR PREMISES, THE CONTRACTOR NEVER SHOWED UP, ON THE 15APRIL 5.30 THE CONTRACTOR SHOWED UP AT MY NEIGHBOURS AND THE REFUSED TO LET THEM IN, CAURSE ITS AFTER HOURS AND THEY NEVER STICK WITH THE ARRANGEMENTS, MY NEIGHBOURS AND THE CONTRACTOR ARRANGE THEN FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY 16 APRIL AND SHE WILL THEN LEAVE SOMEONE AT HER HOME FOR THE CONTRACTOR TO COME IN, THEY ALSO NEVER SHOWED UP, I CALLED TELKOM BACK AND EVERYTIME I SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE ON THIS 10210 AND NO ONE EVEN KNOWS ABOUT A CONTRACTOR THAT MUST COME AND REPLACE THE LINE, THEY
