Mweb ripping off clients

Mweb debited triple the debit due and insist that an upgrade application which was not completed was activated. They promised to revert within 5 to 6 working days a month ago and I have still not heard from them. They have not replied to my e-mails nor have they phoned me despite my 3 calls to them. They are unable or unwilling to give me proof of the activation, refund the money they illegally debited or explain why the service they are offering to new clients is far cheaper than what their existing clients are paying. The rip off is that they upgraded without activation because they are refunding the difference between what new and existing clients are paying, but only while you are using a 1mbs uncapped line. So when they illegally upgraded, they don't have to backdate the payment. That is and taking money that does not belong to you without refunding it will result in charges being laid by us with the SAPS against Mweb. I also said it had to be sorted out before 1.5.13 so that we could give notice to terminate, but they have not done that either, so are retaining us against our will as clients.
