No communication with client and service provide

On Friday the 4th October i sent a detailed email to S Muthen explaining my irritation and dissatifiaction with Autopage. I have had no response or feedback. I am now sitting with a account debit of over R3000 which is due to Autopage's lack of communication and bad management. I refuse to let this incident slide by and i will continue to contact them until i get some kind of explanation or feedback... service providers like Autopage should not be allowed to operate.
