Incorrectly billed - overcharged

I have been charged for a 4 meg line on my one email addresses... I contacted them on the 4th MARCH to get this resolved and I have had no resolve - they promised to get back to me to get this sorted - i was charged over R 500 PER MONTH WHERE I WAS ONLY suppose to pay R 95 per month. I want to get a refund on what i have been overcharged but it is impossible to get refund. i have tried everything
