Mtn Cavendish Bad Customer Service

Took my brand new cellphone for repairs. After 3 weeks use it wasnt charging anymore.
Tooked it to Mtn repairs. Its a contract phone so got 2 years warranty on it. Mtn is giving very poor service compare to other service providers. They dont update or notify the customer about the status of the repair. When i phoned them about it, i find out it was repaired already, again no notification. Also when returned from repairs there was physical damage on the front cover of the phone. Plus the attitude of the staff in the claremont branch was not good. After waiting 30 mins in the queue just to find out if the phone is ready or not, they say their shift is over so the other staff will help me. Its just typing 2 strokes on a keyboard which comes very hard to them. If you dont like your job why you are you still there. I ve been loyal customer of mtn network for long but right now not a happy one
