Swapped router on weekend

I would like to express my thanks and gratitude towards Nomali Baholo and Chetan Maneklal for the excellent service they provided me in my time of crisis. After the shocking experience of the the previous night, it was a pleasure to work with these two people.
They really went out of their way to get my business up and running, by being prepared to work on the weekend to swap my faulty router.
The follow-up service, which they promised and arranged, arrived promptly on Monday morning to replace my faulty 3g fail-over router.
It is really a pleasure to work with people that not only care about themselves but also their customers.
