Nashua Malelane should be closed

Once again I have to deal with this and once again they messed up. Never have I gone into this branch and got things sorted. Well after a huge fight with insurance, which by the way is also a, I accepted that I will have to pay for the damage to my Iphone. so six weeks ago before I left SA I asked nashua Malelane to resend the pone and I will pay. I arrive yesterday back from DRC and go to fetch the Phone, Geus what, Repairs dept send back again still broken, because Nashua Malelane did not tell them I will pay for the damage. And then Nashua also charge me R150 for it, for the second time.
NASHUA, I WANT CREDIT FOR R150, I NEED MY FONE BACK BEFORE THE 3RD OF MAY AS I AM LEAVING AGAIN. THIS IS NOW THE THIRD TIME THAT PHONE GOES IN.
it is absolutely rediculous!!!
