I have been struggling daily for 2 weeks to get my sim swop sorted out. It was FINALLY escalated to Rochell after endless calls, frustration, swearing and shouting.. She did an AWESOME job getting it sorted for me in a matter of 2 hours! Being in the customer service industry myself I know that this kind of service deserves a compliment! Thank you Rochell - you've absolutely made my week! Cannot thank you enough.. She deserves a little something!
