Cancelled Application after this Bad Service

I made an application with Web Africa for an 1Mbps ADSL service on 10 April, requesting that the service gets initiated from the 1 May.

Since then I've had really bad service - having to twice request that this service gets initiated from 1 May, not following the order and requests correctly by adding additional services without request, billing me prorata for ADSL for half of April (even though I requested service from 1 May), not responding when they've promised to respond, etc.

I wasn't going to write this note on HelloPeter, but today I received yet another invoice from Web Africa (after receiving a credit for the previous one & notice of cancellation), billing me for service from 22-30 April. Over and above that, I received another mail today stating that my ADSL line has been successfully activated with Web Africa - a line transfer I did not even initially request.

If you're thinking of moving to Web Africa ISP, be prepared for the above level of service.

I'm now basically sitting with invoices for services not requested and no way of getting rid of them.
