No after sales service/feedback on add products

From January I've been requesting info, which to date - I have not received. They are extremely fast & efficient the very first time you deal with them, until you are signed on as a customer - there after NOTHING!!!
And on top of it all, realy realy horrible call centre staff - Ill-mannered and rude
