On 10 April I purchased airtime from the Telkom Direct store in Centurion. After several days the airtime had not loaded onto my phone. i called the call-center but they could not help as there was no record that i had purchased airtime and was asked to go back to the shop. I went back on 17 April. Only then did I discover that I was sold data instead of airtime. The attendant that made the sale insisted that they could not have made a mistake, that data must have been requested. I never purchase data, only airtime. Moreover, the most frustating part is that 8.ta does not have a way of rectifying this. They expect the customer to just foot the bill. i am expected to just accept the loss. Shame on you 8.ta
