Data error by MTN

MTN admitted the following@AkiAnastasiou: MTN says technical error in March depleted user data at a faster rate than usual. Affected customers provided with additional 200MB bundle. As a result, Nashua Mobile charged me R2 per mb out of bundle tariffs, an amount of R450 (my request is to block the line once R450 is reached). For the 1st time having this contract (close on 18 months) I exceeded the allocated 2GB of data. This wasbecause of the MTN problem and not usage. So I have to pay forMTN's errro, I don't want 200Mb for free, I'm use less than the 2Gb on my contract, so this 200mb will mean nothing to me. I want a refund of the R450 I was billed. Only communicate via email, as I will be in Cape town on business.
