Unauthorised deduction

I received a exceptionally high bill for March 2013 from my service provider - Nahua Mobile. Upon enquiry I was told that Opera Telecom has made deductions on my account which they cannot prevent but has promised to stop it in future. How can this happen? I never gave any company any authorisation to deduct any money from my account!!
