I called in to apply for a cell phone contract with CELL C on 4/04/2013 and the contract was approved same day. They promised that they will deliver with in 7 working days . on the 7th day they called me to advise that they are struggling to confirm the employment, Why wasn't i contacted before the 7th day if the was a problem. On the 15/04/2013 i called in to follow up and they advised that they will fdeliver on the 18/04/2013 and when i called in on the 18/04/2013 they told me that they are running out of stock.
