I lost my phone in January 2013 and reported it the same month, well thats what i was told to do. I did everything that i was told to do in order to get my a new phone. All i have been doing since than is to pay for something that i dont have, yet its covered! I dont know how many times i have called, emailed and faxed through my claims. And yet no one had gotten back to me. What kind of serive is this??? why are you so quick to debt money from my account month after month but cant fullfill something as simple as "custoumer service"... Iam highly irritated and cant wait for my contract to finish!!! This is really not on, you people dont know anything about customer service... This just leaves me wondering if this would even bother you at all!!!
