Worse service ever!!!

I'm writing this complaint on behalf of my dad. We took his phone to the Repair store at Maynard Mall (Wynberg) Chatz connect. Bryan at the store assured us that it can only be the software problem as my dads phone was not functional at all. Bryan upgraded the software and when my dad took it back to the work he still could not put it on. We then took my dads phone back to the store where Sergio (Vodacom Technical shop) sent it for a 2nd time for repairs. 2 weeks later when we received it back, the same thing happened, phone not operational. I (Megan) took my dads phone into Vodacom repairs in V&A Waterfront. They called me now stating that the phone has water damage and WE have to pay R320?!?!?!?!?! My dad has NEVER has his phone in water, nor mist, nor sweat. Can you ensure that he receives a new phone. They didn't even have the audacity to give him a courtesy phone and his on stand - by, I had to get one from the Waterfront. Is this the service we paying for? WE pay you every month, YOU are receiving your money, yet the service in return is beyond disgusting. Please ensure that my dad receives a new phone!! Job number: 8771072
