I have booked my phone in at vodacom waterfront 19 September, I received an SMS on 20 September from vodacom repair centre stating that my phone was received by them. I was told when booking in my phone that my phone will be escalated and will receive it back within a week, up until today no one has contacted me about my phone needless to say I have made personal enquiries about my phone at vodacom waterfront and no one could give me any feedback about the phone. I called the repair centre aswell and even your regional office in Cape Town but no one could help me there aswell, repair centre says my phone has been sent back to the store but vodacom waterfront tore says they did not receive the phone yet upon visiting the store concerning my enquiries. I am very unhappy and very much disappointed in vodacom service seeing that I am paying for something that I can't even get any use out of. It is totally unacceptable. Hope someone here can help me!
