Poor signal

Been having this problem with poor internet signal in the Upington area. Have the uncapped lite contract from MTN running on full HSDPA but can rarely open a webpage. Done speed test from it running anything from 0.3 to 0.5 MB download speed with a upload of about the same. Calling anybody from 1555 or other numbers gets no results and I am now stuck with an uncapped package which I can not use for my everyday purpose.
Downloading emails is horrible since it will time out after a while.

I would like somebody to address this fault plz. Been a MTN customer for years now and I am very disappointed at this stage.
