Unlawful deducting

For the last two months I see on my MTN Billing account that there is a Consent billing amount. According to MTN I accept a service from Opera Telecom. This phone with this sim card is swithed off for the last six months as I am residing in Dubai. So how can the say that I accept a service? I logged a query with MTN and the can/will not help me. I also logged a query with WASPA.
