CELL C SERVICE STINK!

Wow, where to start? Cell-C service stink!! Their 'My Account' has been down for two months and you only get some poor excuses on their Facebook page - no big surprise there, that's all you ever get! Then, you pay your account EACH AND EVERY MONTH ON TIME (my case on the last day of each and every month, without fail), they sms me threatening me with legal action. (This to someone who has never paid late and I have the proof). Then furthermore it is the 11th already, NO STATEMENT!!! YOU DON'T GET ANSWERS FROM THEM AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK FOR SOMEONE TO CALL YOU BACK!! NO WAY - VODACOM IS NOT ALWAYS THE BEST, BUT THEY SURE AS BEAT YOUR SERVICE!
