Called in 8ta to port my number over to them, from Vodacom, never knew that the network would continuously cut calls so much. Made use of cooling off period to to port back my number to Vodacom, 2nd month gone now, and still no response from anyone regarding the status. A sales consultant is trying to help out, unfortunately this is with head office and she can't tell me anymore. Would seriously like to know how you can not inform me of cancellation status, but you can send an invoice and still want to charge me the whole amount even when the device has been sent in.
Don't expect such shoddy service and this long a delay to find out what's been happening. You can't call the 8ta helpline number, as all they tell u is that it is with head office...
