3 Weeks with no Solution

Dear Hello Peter

Its been 3 Weeks since i have lodged a complain and still no solution from Cell C. I was contacted by a Cell C agent but that's as far as it went. Please assist me in getting closure on my matter for its becoming a serious factor which is affecting my working career.
