I am still waiting for Autopage call centre to call me back from my previous complaint. I phoned two months ago as was told I could change my contract to a data only contract on the 11th March. What a surprize now I can only do it in July. This keeps on getting better. Haven't received a statement either for 3 months and the online site does not work. The contract I was to change to data was always meant to be data and I have been waiting two years. It took 5 months to activate my slave card on my ipad. I am at a loss for words with this company. Each time there is just something else that they mess up and the customer has to bear the brunt.
