False sales pitch

My mom upgrade her cell phone of which nashua gave her a voucher for the about of R250. We cant loaded on our cell phone. We have gone to pavillion 3 times now and nobody seems to be able to help us. One of the sales people said he will do it with his personal phone but still no joy.
They have no customer service. My mom is a pensioner and she cant keep running around for R250 it is costing her that in petrol to go to pavillion.
