Vodacom
Phone re-formatted without permission

I had a problem with my windows 8 phone so I took it into Vodacom for them to see what the problem is. I received fast and friendly service and my phone was fixed within 3 hours. When I got my phone back it was re-formatted so I have lost everything that was on the phone. They didn't ask if they could do this nor did they say if it was possible for them to back-up the information before formatting the phone.

A little better communication and I wouldn't have left their shop angry/disappointed/upset.
