I'm verry dispaointed in nashua mobile. In 2012 I found that was comitted on my account where one of the staff members took something on my account and made it look like I signed for it. They sorted the problem out and credited me with my money value of the item. When I went to the bank 3weeks ago they wanted to know what I comitted to that I exlpianed to them the incident so they phoned the nashua mobile branch where the happened, the sales consultant assured the banks sales consultant that I didn't comitt and that they will send a written agreement that the problem has been sorted out and that I was the victim. That was 3weeks ago, when I went to the bank on 10april 2013 they still ahvent received anything from nashua mobile. I dedecided this can't go on anymre because I'm getting a bad reputationso ii called the branch where the comiited and asked again for this letter the sales consultant said she can't help me and gave me a nr I must phne. I phoned this nr and explained my story to the person which who cudnt help me, eventualy I spoke to Albert jacobs at customer care who said he will come back to me on the same day which didn't happen
