A Blackberry Bold was purchased. Right upfront, this phone was replaced. I got this phone which was not in use for a great price, as the owner was using a non-Blackberry smartphone. Within 2-3 days of my using it it gave problems. The cursor goes ballistic in Whatsapp. Even on deleting and reloading the app, this problem recurred. The cursor went ballistic whilst sending emails (to report the problem to the former owner), as well as in the menu.

It was sent in for repairs and presumably fixed. Last Friday I got the phone back. Within minutes of loading Whatsapp the problem happened again!!

So the phone was taken back to Nashua... this time the techies claim there is no problem, and can 't replicate it after hardly any testing whilst waiting for the phone! So, today I was again informed there is no problem!

In the interim, a call was placed to the CEO's office and this is now being 'handled' by the MD's office (escalations). This has proved fruitless.

I would like Nashua Mobile/Blackberry to FIX this problem and quit wasting my time. Be accountable!
