Gave my phone for repairs, next day same problem

HI, I gave my blackberry 8520 for repairs to the gateway branch, on Sunday 7 April, literally within 2 hours, i received a notification to collect my phone, which i did the next day 8 April. within 1 hour of activation, the same problem came back, which is a black clock appearing and freezing my phone and my memory card slot not working. Does Vodacom think i have time to run up and down and keeping going back to their repair centre, I'm so disgusted at them, i hope people read this forum before taking any contracts with them as their service!!! please learn from the experiences of other people, don't do business with vodacom that couldn't care less about customer service.

As for their consultants that you collect you phone from at gateway are so rude and ab-noxious. employ people with proper communication skills.
