So i called in the call centre n spoken to Amanda. All I asked when is the effective date of my cancellation for 0799197875, after delaying for 5 min n still not assisting. She then wanted to find out from cancellations when the effective date however, she came back saying that a lady by the name of Sne wanted to speak to me so I get transferred. Answers the line by saying"who am I speaking too? " How the do u wanna speak to me of you don't even know who I am! Then she wants me to answer security questions again after I already did... Where's the logic in that when its a warm transfer. Then she tells me that it's simple hahaha not that is sad. The team leader Lindiwe is always on lunch!!! So guys, IT'S SIMPLE... Please confirm cancellations for all my contracts! Thank u!
