Cell C
No internet

I have been unable to browse the internet for the last 2 months. I have contacted cell c who gave me a refernce number (1772261) and promiced to escalte the matter. I have had no joy so far. It connects and full signal yet no data passes through. I cannot even load a simple page such as google. I don't kno if I am being throttled or if they cannot handle the amount of users they take on. I refuse to pay every month if I cannot even use the service. Please sort it out! They also must not phone me to click here or there as I am a qualified pc technitian and kno for a fact that the problem on their side. I hav tested the sim card in a number of devices and computers with the same outcome. I am over it now!
